Some days it feels better just to stay in bed and do nothing. Of course, then you win that all important battle of the sheets and you're ready to go. I really wanted to run this morning, but I just couldn't talk myself into getting out in 15 degree weather with a windchill near 0. Hopefully, things will start to warm up later this week and I'll be out pounding the pavement again. I was still able to get up and get some exercise done indoors this morning and it felt good.
So what do you do to keep yourself focused?
