Getting it all down

Really trying to get going right this time. I spent so much time as a kid watching my dad crash diet then fall off the wagon- I don't want my kids to experience that. Moderation is my primary goal- I have been an all or nothing dieter for most of my life and that hasn't worked so now I'm working toward the 80/20 rule. I'm also starting with mini goals this time.

Today's goal- log in all food
- drink eight glasses H2O
- 20 min exercise
- complete meal plan for upcoming week
