So yesterday I brought home chicken from Walmart so my fam could have with leftover rice. (didn't feel like cooking) Well the chicken smelled soooo good that I was afraid I would go over my calorie count for the day just to have a piece.
But I stuck to my plan. Yay! I placed a piece of chicken in my lunch for today and logged it in spark. I planned the rest of my meals around it and I feel great for making a smarter, more planned choice.
