I was having computer problems and couldn't track my food in the Spark nutrition tracker. I told myself I could do it on paper and it would be just the same. NOT!!! I gained weight because it was just too easy to fudge (pardon the pun) the info, or not do it or not tally it up. I really need the discipline of tracking my food. It keeps me accountable and honest. So I'm feeling bad about sliding back, but I will start again.
