P90X- Shoulders and Arms plus Ab Ripper X

Oh my gosh.
Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X. Kill me now.
Don't get me wrong. These workouts were good, but they almost killed me.
I made it through shoulders and arms, which is around an hour long. But the 15 minutes of Ab Ripper..... Whoa. I couldn't make it through the 25 reps for each move. It's so hard!
And let me tell you, my core is one of the weakest parts about me. I have a flabby, cushy middle and it's not good at holding certain ab movements. My core is not strong... at all.
Now, my arms are feeling it. Dang. This is tough.
Tomorrow is Yoga X. I've heard bad things about it. It's 90 minutes long! I don't know if I can do yoga for that long, guys!
But I'm going to try! It may not be pretty, but I'm gonna try!
