What motivates you to get yourself out of bed early in the morning, or work late into the night to make sure that you get your workout done?
Obvioulsy, each of us have different reasons as to why we want to be more fit and healthy. Whether it is because we want to be able to achieve certain milestones in our lives, be their for our children, or simply live a more enjoyable and carefree life, we have our reasons.
It is that underlying reason that motivates and pushes us to do whatever is necessary to attain the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health that we are seeking.
So what is it that drives you to refuse to accept the way things are?
