Defining the New me (5 goals for the Spark into Spring Biggest Loser challenge)

When I 1st joined SP in jan I started with 5 mini goals. The first one was to lose 20 pounds by my birthday in feb. I lost 22 and has been a bit if a struggle since. I still have been exercising, tracking my daily nutrition but since Valentine's and Olympics the old *snacking at nite* has become an issue. while I have not gained, I have not lost anything either. A teammate on team Sask posted a blog about commitment which has lit a fire under my motivation.

My 2nd goal was to be down a total of 35 pounds by the time my mom gets back from AZ. She has always been my biggest supporter and I know my weight fluctuations has always been a mystery to her.

Goal 3 was to lose 60 pounds by July 1st for a wedding. this one is huge for me. The people all going to this are friends from old life when married. Most I have not seen in 3 years and 80 pounds ( part of the reason why I haven't lol).

Goal 4 after 80 pounds is to reward myself with a trip. I applied for a visa 2 years ago and this is my reward for losing the weight.

Goal 5 was to be happier and healthier by Feb 2011 when I turn "50". I am going to become this person, it all starts with a definition/commitment!!
