What a difference a day makes

Hubby kept telling me I needed to sleep. So I slept from 8 til 5:30 -- and I feel much better! I got up this morning and exercised and have eaten well all day. I'm a little hungry now so I think I'll get an orange. One day down!

    one day at a time that is all we can do. Keep going. Sometimes hubbies know what they are talking about LOL!!!! emoticon
