My P90X Journey!

After hearing rave reviews about P90X, I decided to give it a try. After all, how could it hurt my weight loss goals? I'm on the Lean Routine for the program and let me tell you, just because it's lean doesn't mean you work any less! Day 1 ( Yesterday) was Core Work which is probably my weakest area. Today was Cardio X which is just your basic cardio, but a bit more intense and may I say it, sadistic?
What I've discovered about Tony Horton- yes, the man seems a little bit full of himself. But heck, he's 40-something and he looks better than most of the 20 year old guys at my school. I'd say he has the right to be full of himself. Plus, I find myself chuckling at his sometimes goofy comments. That gets me through the intense workouts! It may only be the second day, but I'm still feeling the burn from yesterday. I'm pretty sure that this is what's going to get me some results!
I've been a gym rat lately and it's been boring me to death. This is the thing to kick me out of my boredom streak and get me moving again.
I have before pics to put up here to mark my progress, but I haven't put them up yet. I will get around to it.
Again, I'm ready for this to help me make a major change. I may not lose pound after pound, but if I lose inches and gain tone and muscle. I'll be content with that.
