Planning My Work and Working My Plan

I am VERY EXCITED. After a jag that started on Feb 8 with a Monday snowday (and lasted a full week), I AM DOWN INTO the 150's again!
158.5 to be exact. (applause, please!)
I'm continuing to use my WARRVESTS strategy; two or three times throughout the day I mentally run through the list to see what I still need to do. Do I need to drink another more water? Did I take my vitamins? I've not been perfect, but I'm tracking 9 things per day. A perfect week would be a score of 63 and mine was 53 last week. I wonder how many of those things I would have done if I WASN'T tracking?
MRMENTALFITNESS suggested on CHERYLRUSH's blog that she concentrate on a scale number she wants to be rather than continually lament about the number she is. Now she ends every blog with that new number as a way to focus on where she is going. That's been a very helpful thought for me. I've got 144 posted on my fridge, and on my mirror. I've been getting more comfortable with it.
I loved Freelady's epiphany this week, and my debacle at the airport was very similar -- we both discovered (drumroll, please) WE DON'T HAVE TO EAT! IT'S A CHOICE!
I'm READY to take on this week and hope you are too! Do you have an idea of what you'll be having for lunch and dinner this week? Do you know when you're going to get your exercise in? Remember, you are Job #1! I wish I could remember who's blog I read this on, but she said, "I CAN'T FALL OFF THE WAGON; I'M THE ONE IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT!"
How true is that? So let's fasten our seatbelts and drive these wagons in the direction we want to go!
