First Day

Well this is my second time on sparkpeople and this time Im going to try to stick to it. I really need too loose a lot of weight. I am hoping to go slow and steady. My main downfall is eating junk food late at night while doing homework. Hopefully I will make some good friends on here who will help motivate me.
