Finished my workout!!!

I am very proud of myself...I actually finished my 30 minute workout with Jillian Michaels on the Wii. After doing 15mins of Wii Fit and I kept moving the whole time.

I really thought about just quitting at about 15 minutes in but I kept telling myself the only way I was going to get in shape & able to play more with my kids was if I worked beyond that point. That point where your body tells you it needs to stop. That point where you start trying to convince yourself that you did enough that day.

I really hope I can keep that fire alive in me that makes me want to push myself that little bit further everyday. I know if I just do that great results will follow.

    set your goal for fifteen minutes a day, you can work up to 30 in gradual steps. emoticon emoticon emoticon
