Well, I didn't lose this week. But I didn't exercise or eat properly so what did I expect. This week --so far--there is only one midweek church dinner and no other eating out plans. So if I behave myself and come home from work and exercise and plan my meals I should be able to get another pound off by Sunday. I will not give up. I have come this far and refuse to go back to eating everything in sight and being inactive. I have Leslie tapes, Winter Sports, the Biggest Loser, Just Dance, Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus so there's no excuse-other than laziness-- to not take care of my body. My husband, who does NO exercise started his "diet" just this month and has already lost more than I have since the first of January. Ugh!! Good for him, shame on me. I know that when I follow the rules I lose. When I follow myself, I stagnate. I must perservere. I must keep up the good fight. I will blog again next Sunday and I will be victorious!!

    Keep at it. Be consistent. It will work. I have been at a plateau for a couple months. And I have started losing again in the last three weeks. It feels good.
