Getting back on track

A Week after my harrowing hospital stay, I am still trying to get back on food. Yogurt is my friend. This morning I decided to make a small pot of soup from scratch. Those fresh baby carrots looked so yummy. I just had to have one (or 4) boy did I pay for that! I am really trying to get get going again. I have been able to walk some. I go to the gym so I can hang onto the hand rails on the tread mill. I did make my 5 miles this week
. Well, the trick here is just to keep on moving forward. At some point I know that I will be eating again and wishing that I was where I am now, not being able to eat.
