Well its a month later, a few inches less here and there but still at about the same weight give or take a few pounds.
I am committed to sparkspeople! I love being accountable for my meals and exercise.
I still have questions about some things not listed, for example onions, raw not sauteed in 1 tsp of olive oil. I have just begun making food groupings using what i normally eat and a combination of the meal plan foods.
I even have started my husband on some of the meals. He is a diabetic and must lose some weight however he will cut out lots of items and not eat up to his calorie allotment or for example up to mine! Anyway, it's a start.
I am walking daily again and truly enjoy it even though I am only doing 20 minutes a day.
Sticking with my strengthening exercises is hard, but I am trying to stick with the three times a week.
I am also enjoying the trivia, didn't know how uch I didn't know.....
