C25k and new job

Lots has happened since my last entry although not so much on the weight loss front.
I am currently 143 pounds - I have been this weight for several weeks. I have a feeling that it may have to do with not eating enough. I've recently increased my exercise from 3 to 5 workouts a week but didn't change my eating habits much. I'm going to try and eat more this week and see if that helps.
On the exercise front I've been doing great. I'm still plugging along with the couch to 5k program. I just finished week 6 day 3 which was a 25 minute run! I'm still shocked that I can do this since I always thought of myself as a "non-runner". Looking ahead it appears as though my interval days are over - it'll be straight running from here on out! I haven't signed up for a 5k yet. I have a feeling my pace is quite a bit slower than it should be (I run at 4.5 miles/hour). but I'll work on increasing my indurance and pace before I enter any races.
In my personal life things have been going great! After almost 4 years as a public accountant, working very long hours for little pay and appreciation I was offered a position as a Cost Accountant for a publicly traded mining company. I started on Tuesday and LOVE IT!!
The office is super relaxed. Everyone wears jeans and is super nice. Best of all they are all into healthy lifestyles and the fridge and kitchen is stocked with free fruits and veggies! I think this is going to be a great place to work! On Friday my boss let me take the afternoon off because she didn't have anything for me to do. In all my years as an accountant that has never happened to me. Usually I have to work crazy (unpaid) overtime just to take my scheduled vacation days! All and all I think this change is going to help me be happier and healthier!
