Week 4 / Month 1

Okay this week I lost 2.2 pounds! I'm so happy. I feel good if I lose at least two pounds a week. Today will make it one month since I've been active on SparkPeople. In all I have lost 10.7 pounds. It feels great!

I'm very surprised that I actually lost 2 pounds this week. I almost lost weight everyday except just one .2 gain. But the next day I lost .7! This week I have been very busy with a school project and I went to work early almost everyday! I was going to bed at 2 in the morning almost every night and therefore didn't do much exercising at all... I tracked my food well as always until yesterday when I realized I had no internet... which made it very difficult. I'm at my boyfriend's house right now but I should have internet on today.

I feel like I'm working on a whole new me! I'm losing weight and soon I'll have the body I've always wanted. I'm working on being more active. At work I do more tasks that require walking instead of sitting at my desk. And I'm trying to take my dog on a walk everyday. The only thing that stops me now is work and homework, not laziness. I'm getting better at keeping myself busy. I've also decided that I want to join a young adult softball team this summer. I'm going to look in to it as soon as I finish this blog! Oh, and today I went and pierced the top part of my ear. Didn't hurt at all and looks awesome. Just another part of the new me!
