Some days, it takes all the strength I have just to pop in that dvd and push play. And that's fine, as long as I get it done. It's not always about feeling like working out, it's about working out. If I only worked out when I felt like it, I wouldn't get the results I want.

Of course there are other days, where I know that I have to dig deeper, push through and bring it. It's on these days when I realize that if I'm not trying my best, I'm only cheating myself. P90X is a great program because you have worksheets that you fill out to keep track of how much weight and how many reps you do. It's kind of funny how these worksheets help keep me accountable. I don't want to have to write the same numbers week after week so I push myself to be better.

Bottom line: I don't have to feel like working out to get a workout done.
