I'm taking this time to recommit myself to the goal of a healthier me. I will not eat ANY more of the cookies that my son brought home from a band fundraiser. NO MORE. That has been the biggest thing sabatoging my eating habits this week. I am here to say that I am DONE with the cookies!!! I also would like to start journaling my food again...not tracking calories here on Spark but writing down what & why I'm eating. I've been eating a lot lately for purely emotional reasons, and it has to stop. I've got to figure out how to stop it, and a journal sounds like a good place to start. Any other suggestions are welcome!
