End of the first week

Okay, so yesterday marked the end of my first week on Spark. I'm at 152 now! Not where I want to be, but better than where I started. So far I'm loving everything. Everybody has been so nice and encouraging, hopefully I've been as nice. The exercising is hard. With Ehlers-Danlos it's hard to build muscle tone so I am expecting slow progress with that. The meal plans are awesome too.
When I started this I told myself I'd do it one week at a time. Here goes another!
