- 10 lb = Thinksport water bottle!
- 15 lb = Lululemon workout outfit!
- 20 lb = Shoes!
- 25 lb =
- 30 lb = 1 hour massage!
- 35 lb = Bikini!
- 40 lb = New hairstyle!
- 44 lb = Anniversary outfit (dress, purse, shoes, accessories. . . all of it!!)

Decide. Commit. Succeed.

Hey lady - Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure you've heard it one hundred times, but don't rely on the scale so much. Unless you are weighing yourself at the same time, on the same day, in the buff, on an empty stomach, your weight will fluctuate.
Your gains could be water weight or an increase in muscle mass. Judge your progress on how you look naked in the mirror, on how your clothes fit, on how much easier it is to get up off of the couch or climb a flight of stairs.
This is the same advice I got after whining about a small gain. Fortunately, it came after I had noticed more definition in my arms and legs, less cellulite, a flatter tummy and more strength and energy.
Start using a different system to track your progress, maybe inches lost. Or reward yourself for taking the stairs all week or walking 15 minutes/day for 2 weeks. That's definitely worth a mani-pedi!
I noticed that you have RD following your name. Is this for Registered Dietician? If it is - tsk, tsk. You already know what I just told you!
Your goal and mine - weight and date are almost the same. Let's do this together!
and BTW - being 5'2", I know how how much difference 1/2" makes! emoticon
