emoticon Okay so you think I have some sort of parasite. No worries, I'm good emoticon but I do think it's sort of weird that your interested emoticon LOL,
On the serious mode:

Google a "Body Bugg", it's this amazing high tech device that takes in your bodies information all day (and by all day I mean all nigh too emoticon ) and it gives you a 90% accurate reading of how many calories you burn in a 24 hour period. You pretty much do the same thing that you're doing here with regards to tracking your food but you have this super awesome device that tells you what your CALORIE DEFICIT is so far that day.

What's CALORIE DEFICIT you say? emoticon it's the numerical difference between the calories you burn each day and the calories you consume. Now if your like me you've read too many times that you have to have atleast a 500 calorie deficit each day to lose a pound per week emoticon that's easy right?! WRONG! Especially when you really don't have an accurate source of information for what your consuming and burning. Well, the Body Bugg's your new best friend emoticon. Thanks to the smart, over-worked, under appreciated, caffeinated, nerds and dorks of Harvard doing years of study and research you can have this awesome thing called the Body Bugg emoticon

They should totally pay me for this.

So in the past week, I've been doing a 1000 cal deficit so I can lose 2lbs per week. Friday's here and I just couldn't wait...2 lbs GONE!! emoticon and I am feelin super about it.
