I'm really discouraged about gaining back this last few pounds. I was watching Ruby yesterday, and they made a goal weight chart that really seemed to encourage her, so I'm going to do the same for me. Here it is:

Starting weight 231.4

February 27, 2010: 229.4

March 6, 2010: 227.4

March 13, 2010: 225.4

March 20, 2010: 223.4

March 27, 2010: 221.4

April 3, 2010: 219.4

April 10, 2010: 217.4

April 17, 2010: 215.4

April 24, 2010: 213.4

May 1, 2010: 211.4

May 8, 2010: 209.4

May 14, 2010: 207.4

May 21, 2010: 205.4

May 28, 2010: 203.4

June 4, 2010: 201. 4

June 11, 2010: 199.4

This means that if I keep the reasonable schedule of losing 2 lbs. per week that I can be in onederland by June! I'm off to copy/paste this list into the Goals section on my SparkPage.

    I think that is a great idea and a reasonable weekly goal. You stay committed to this and you will be in ONEderland by summer. Stick to it. Know you can do it. Think I will update the goal section of my page too. Thanks for the idea.
