Well, my delemna with evening eating has a break through! Yeaaaa. Since peaches are on sale these past few weeks I have been indulging. As many of you know, the evenings have not been particularly successful for me. In fact they have been my undoing. Lately I have been enjoying the following: 1 small peach, 1 extra small banana, 1 fat free sugar free pudding on top with 5 Tablespoons pressurized light whipped cream and 10 chopped peanuts. Yum. This logs out at 277 calories. So I eat this while my husband eats his 250 Klondike. I am really full all evening while he is on the prowl for more treats throughout the eveing. Since I have been saving my fruits for my evening treat, I have begun losing a pound a week. Yeaaaaa! Will report how it goes. Bon Appetit'
