MD visit

I went to the MD today. He gave me to OK to slowly start some mild exercise. So, I went to the gym. I chose to walk the tread mill there because I had somethng to hold onto while I walked, and If I biffed it I wouldn't be alone. I felt kind of silly (and lazy) walking at 1-1.5 mpg with 0-0.5 incline rather than my 3-3.5 mpg with an incline of 2. But I was able to walk a mile. Eating is still an issue. Tonight I had a frozen pasta dinner. My brain wanted it. My stomach didn't. But I ate it anyway. I have been in pain ever since. Dumb idea really. I think if I can convince my brain and body to be on the same page I just might eat a lot better. Maybe tomorrow I'll behave myself.
