My not so good - good day!

Should I start with the good or the bad? Ugh well right now I am upset so I will start there...

I started school for medical transcribing back in August and right now I am actually transcribing nearly 800 reports before I can take the final. Unfortunately between school, the wedding, the house thing, and everything else in between my brain is fried! So I took a practice test that they have to assess your skills, and yup I failed! I need to get an 85 or higher to just pass and I received a 69. Soooo not happy, and the worst part is I thought I had it! I have been working really hard, day and night with this school and I am just feeling really bummed out. The worst part is I messed up with the proof reading, I HATE proof reading lol but it is going to be a BIG part of my job if I can even get hired considering I am no good anyways at this!

But the good news is...The bank accepted out bid!! We only need to get through the inspection and the appraiser and then it is ours! This has been such a blessing. We can't stand living in the apartment we are in now. A lot of not such good people moved in. Neighbors are outside our door all night loud as can be. It's been a nightmare! Regardless, we never thought we would actually even get approved for a loan. This has been the best news I have received in a long time!

Ugh well now back to doing more school work :( Can't get past this test though! Sooooooo bummed, did I mention that? Lol
