A day in my life

Wednesday, February 17, 2010

I wake up most morning with sore aching muscle wishing I could go back to sleep. I always find when I have to be up for 5.45 am my night sleep is never good, I lucky if I have 2 hours of solid sleep on those night.
But up I jump quick shower strong coffee while I put on the make up even at this time of the morning, You just don't know who you might meet so it always important to feel comfortably about yourself. I think I need my head examine.
Today I was out and up the mountain & waterfall with some lads early twenty. We had such great fun climbing, falling in the freezing water. It;s time likes this that I realize I have the best job in the world,
By taking my client out doors to train in all weather is just fab, Plus 2 hours later when we got back to the studio we all done our 218 kettle-bell swings.
I was up the mountain tonight for a run with another client, We cover 6 miles in the dark at least we did not see the hills we had to face.
I sitting here now smiling to myself knowing that all the people I train with today had a good time and we all laughed.
Thats what life is all about. emoticon emoticon

    Hi Trish,
Sounds like fun! I wish that I had someone to work out with, but at least I am getting my work outs in. You talking about running up the mountains has motivated me to start running the sand hill behind my house again. It has been quite some time since I have done that. Thanks for your encouragement.

Trish, we are gifted to have the best job in the world, and your passion shines through. I have seen your site, your new team, your posts, and webcasts. For those who have the honour of having you as their personal trainer; you are lucky guys.
Keep it up my friend, you are often my incentive to continue.
