Update on new year's resolutions

I say my grade is about a C so far
I am doing much better on strength. I am been utilizing spark people's videos a lot, taking part in challenges that include strength, making sure that I strength train at least 3 times a week. Yesterday after working 8 hours at a furious pace, shopping at a very crowded Wal Mart for an hour, going home and putting groceries away the last thing I wanted to do was strength train but I made myself do it anyway. So for this goal - so far, so good.
The sleeping is trickier. I've tried to change the time I go to bed and when I wake up, but my body (or rather my mind) isn't very cooperative. Last time I was snuggled in bed at 10:15. My mind finally shut down about 11:00 p.m. I'm working on this, reading tricks and tips and trying them out, but I'm definitely faltering in this goal. On the weekends I get my 8 hours. On the weedays - more like 6 to 7.
On the book one - no progress at all. But I am going to start working on the book this weekend. Really I am. Probably. Maybe :)
