So today I did my first day of couch to 5k. I have to said it wasn't that bad. While doing the run I started asking myself why are you doing this? Of course the first answer was for the weight loss but I always wanted to be a runner. As a child I was a good runner and I remember being proud when I would beat someone in a race. Yes the girl with the big booty and thick glasses would beat little girls who didn't have bottle tops on their eyes. I want to feel that joy again! I am on my way to being a runner YES!!!
