I see progress!

I weighed this morning and I'm down to 152! Most of that's water now that I've cut WAY back on salt. I've also cut out coffee. I thought it'd be best to go cold turkey. My grandmother started me young and I usually drink 2, 10 cup pots of coffee a day with 6-7 heaping tbsp of sugar in each. Once I've 'detoxed' I'll start at 1 cup a day, with a reasonable amount of sugar. (How much is reasonable is yet to be determined.)
As I said, I'm down to 152. I feel better about myself. Proud I'm doing something for myself guess. Is this the 'spark'? ^-^ I've been getting up every morning and exercising, be it strength training, riding stationary bike, or just popping a Richard Simmons tape in. (Incidentally, anyone know how to figure the calories on that?) I feel good all day.
I got a pair of jeans at a thrift store a while back. (Had to. They were 50 cents and totally awesome) I got them home and lo and behold, they didn't fit. I tried them on today and guess what! I'm wearing them now. The only bad thing is, I plan to keep losing and they're gonna be loose!
