Well here I go again. Been with Spark just over 1 month, lost 6 and now gained .5. I've been getting aerobic and strength training in and feeling good from that. Drinking H20 to the extent that I am ready to be catheterized (earning lots of steps going to the bathroom a hundred times a day). Tracking my nutrition, trying new recipes as I love to try new things. This is my pattern 2 steps forward and 1 back.
I need to re-evaluate my calorie intake and exercise output. I can't believe that I am not eating enough as most days I feel pretty content at the bottom end of my calorie range (1200 - 1550), other days I am at the top end. I will have to try adding more calories. This has happened to me while on WW. Oh, well I will continue to forge ahead as the alternative is not something I want.
I am off to Tai Chi and then some aerobic walking/step climbing, wish me luck for next weeks weigh-in.
