February 15- Weigh In Week 3

So, Let me preface this by saying that I went away for the weekend on a retreat and didn't eat very well or exercise at all. But, regardless of that, I still lost weight. Even though it's barely a pound. I went from 220.2 to 219.6. I'm hoping that this week, once I get back into the routine that I had with eating well and working out, I will drop more weight! I'm just glad that I didn't gain this past week! I'll take that as a victory!
