Back At Spark

I am back to spark and even though I am not following everything I make sure to come to Spark Everyday get my points and am trying hard to be accountable to myself. Finding it hard but I am not giving up.

Will have to find a buddy for support and join a few more message boards.

No one ever said change would be easy...just like riding a bike. When you fall off, you get back up and start over. I would like to point something out to you if I may. I noticed on your weight tracker you have lost several pounds, over 36 to be exact, and your not far from reaching your goal. Do you realize that you have achieved 60% of your goal weight? Girlfriend, don't give up at this point. Look how close you are to your finish line. Stay focused, get motivated and you'll be there in no time. You've done an awesome job so far!
If you need someone to share your feelings with I'm here! You're doing good and you can finish this journey.

Welcome back! You have my support and the support of all the Spark People. I was happy to discover SP at the end of January this year. I am slowly getting into the routine and I am sure you will too. I have learned a lot tracking my food. I thought I was a healthy eater but we can all make adjustments to improve...wishing you success in your goals....

I've been here about a month now, and while I haven't lost much weight (I only have myself to blame, I know) I am making better choices because of all the exploring I've done on this site. I am also more conscious of what I am eating and what I can do to better take care of myself and minimize damage when I do go out or travel. Hang in there, whatever efforts you make will eventually become habit and losing weight and getting healthy will be second nature. The reason for this site is motivation, so I feel if you keep visiting, it definitely will help.
