been slipping in small steps. I really don't want this to happen. No school this week so I'm totally taking htis time to recommit myself--make all my good progress habits again. I also need to take some time this week to figure out how to organize my day to make my healthy habits a priority during busy school weeks. Other people do it and I know I can too--just gonna take some adjusting.
Wish me luck or give me a kick in the pants (I could use both!!)!
