The workouts get easier

I cant believe that I have come so far as to be able to say, That today I rode an EASY 5.4miles in 20 minutes. It is amazing to me not long ago I thought just getting to 5 miles was such a great accomplishment. Now I can do it and it barely feels like I had to even work hard.

I am so looking forward to the easy 26.2 miles I am going to do someday.

I am also looking forward to all of the other easy things that I will do, even though I understand that the first time I attempt them I may not feel that way.

I took my official before pictures today, even though I am pretty well into this adventure. I did it because I have joined the 100 day challenge team, as well as 200 sit-ups challenge team, and a couple (Yeah I said a couple) of P90X teams.
I took my sit-up test today for the 200 sit-up challenge, I did 9 consecutive (embarrassing), Monday begins the 3 days a week workouts for 6 weeks.
HMMMM 9 to 200 in 6 weeks IM IN. :)

I may wait to begin P90X until im done with 200 sit-ups but im not sure I can wait that long. 4 more weeks will be hard enough.

I know some of you are waiting for the follow up to the surgery and I promise its coming its just taking longer to write than I thought. Sorry
