Today Was Weigh-In Day

Friday, February 12, 2010

Today was weigh-in day and I GAINED 0.4 lbs this week. After being sick and working so hard I thought I might come close to my goal but not reach it, but to gain is just awful. I took that frustration and went walking at our local park today. My walking laps including trail and parking lot area where:

Lap 1 = 17 min
Lap 2 = 16 min
Lap 3 = 15 min

Then it is suppose to snow tonight again and it was getting cold and I was extremely tired so I didn't do the fourth lap.
The other good news is I am on day 2 of not smoking. :) Since it is suppose to snow tonight I might not get out for a couple of days so that will get me through day 3 and hopefully by then I will be smoke-free again.
The bad news with the weather changing and me exercising so much my headaches are getting worse and I had to take a lot more pain meds today. I hope tomorrow I will be able to get up and move around, but hey it is what it is. I will do the best I can and keep getting on.
How is everyone else doing this week? emoticon
