We bought an elliptical this past weekend and I LOVE it. I haven't been working out like I should be thanks to this ridiculous cold weather and snow. I kept trying to diet alone and I kept losing my motivation. However, I've worked out everyday (sometimes twice a day) and by working out, it helps control my snacking. I don't have all the 'right' foods in the house but I'm definitely more conscience of what I'm eating. I love watching my fitness minutes increase. I had forgotten I made the goal of working out 100 minutes per week but I was ecstatic to see that I've passed that goal!

I'm keeping my elliptical a secret. I haven't told any of my family or friends that I have one. We are going 'home' to visit family in April and I want to surprise them with my new healthier and slimmer body!!!
