hey everyone

i have a logbook for my work out and I write the days on what I've trained.

you can see on youtube

a logbook is very handy if you travel or anything else. where you go there's no Internet at sparkpeople.com to put in your book you write. you can even customize the site later on.
You write the days when you've trained. And you find in a magazine or a book or television program on sports work out or write in your logbook. you can do later if you want to try something else.

decorate your logbook with photos or draw then you get a nice style logbook. Write to cover perhaps a motivation text. Put your logbook somewhere where you always see. if you do not forget that you must train for your goal.
