Sometimes I can be very competitive, so instead of being healthy it's about the weight loss and how it looks.

Well, when there is no more weight loss and it's just me and the food; I want it to be about be a healthier, more vibrant person, who lives life to the fullest each day. That is what I am striving for in the long run.
