Getting back on track

Today I realized that I need to get myself back on track. I have been walking, working out at curves but I haven't been putting 100% into it. I need to get re-focused on getting this last 30 pounds off. I need to go back to tracking my food intake and putting in more time working out and walking or bike riding. I am looking forward to getting my focus back and getting myself dedicated to the last portion of this journey.
Keep me in your thoughts and prayers that I can do this. I need to do this more than I have had to do anything else before. It has been a journey that I could never begin to believe I could do but I see it now that I can do anything that I put my mind to.
This is me putting my mind to it and getting it done.
