Starting weight is 182 (1st Jan)

Down to 1800 calories a day - still going to the gym and stepping
in front of the tv - Lost 5 pounds - 51 to go :-)

Down to 1600 calories a day - still going to the gym and stepping in front of the tv - Lost 6 pounds - 50 to go :-)
Slower than I was hoping - changing my expectations of expections on the weight loss this time
