Eating & Exercising

I'm currently training for my 3rd half-marathon and I've noticed that the day that I run I don't eat a lot. On the other hand the days that I do workout (rest days) I tend to eat more. I'm not sure why that is. I've altered what I eat and how often. I'm sure this has something to do with it.

    Thanks! I like to eat after working out but he'd rather eat before and try to work off what he He's trying, that's all that matters.

    I think everyone is different. My bf can't eat for a couple of hours after working out and I on the other hand find myself famished. Congrats on the third half marathon!
