OK, this blog is just to keep track of trying to get more of a handle on how I follow any plan..not well is my usual way...I HATE following anything..bring an extra 10 people for dinner, I can handle that, someone with an emergency can count on me...but plan to pay bills, plan meals..ugh!!!
Now what I have been doing since June 2009, is trying to make little changes. 1. TRY TO WRITE DOWN WHAT I EAT 2. EXERCISE AT THE Y 2X A WEEK 3. SUB A SMALLER VERSION OF MY ICE CREAM 4. MAKE MORE FRIENDS IN MY NEW HOME STATE (CA). I'm doing ok on 1. I have written in spurts..but getting better. 2. is excellent..I have gone up to 2x a week for a weight machine class, walking one day and biking or walking another day. 3. Dreyers French Silk Ice Cream mmmm. I now try to cut down each day and have a sugar free rice pudding, or jello in place of 1/2 the IC. 4. This is fabulous. I have become an Adam Lambert fan, have joined a fan club, travelled to LA for concerts, made at least 10 new friends..locally I have joined a garden club and a book club!!!
