My life got a bit hectic and I completely let go of focusing on me to handle every thing else. I am so mad at myself for gaining so much weight back (I'm at 230 again), but I'm back at it now. I'm on day 11 of being back at it. My short term goal right now is to be down to 215 by May 7th. Hubby and I will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary (been together 14 though!) on May 11th, and will be doing something on that weekend to celebrate! I am confident I can do this!

    Yes, you can do did it in the past you will do it again..I believe in you for sure...keep up those short term goals, you will be great...and thanks for your comment on my spark page, I just have been so busy, and have only so much time to get it all in one day...know you understand...many hugs, T

    Alas, life happens. What matters most is that you are back on track now. Don't dwell in the past, and take each day, one day at a time. emoticon

    Don't be too hard on yourself for letting the weight come back, it happens to the best of us. What's important is that you are back on track. Hope you and the hubs have a wonderful anniversary celebration.
