Weight In and Measurements - Week 17

This has been a wonderful week, I have been able to eat healthy and really spend some time in the kitchen expressing myself - I have to admit I am loving it!
I wasn't able to workout Thursday - Saturday, I went to the dentist on Wed morning and something went terribly wrong, my cheek swelled up, I looked like a chipmunk and it was super bruised. Throughout the past few days the swelling has gone down and it has gone from blue, to purple, to black, and is now green. As of today Monday it is still swollen a bit and it looks like someone gave me a massive left hook - LOL - not cool. If it continues to be swollen I am going to have to go back and make sure everything is ok.
Sunday I went to two basic salsa lessons and signed up for 4 class course. After salsa I went jogging around Memorial Park and completed the loop in 31:17!! I am planning on making this my Sunday routine =)

Weight: 120 lbs and 0 oz
Waist: 32.5 in
Hips: 36.5 in
February 8, 2010
Weight: 118 lbs and 14 oz – Loss 1 lb and 2 oz
Waist: 32.0 in - Loss 0.50 in
Hips: 36.5 in – No Loss / No Gain
I am very happy with this and I am planning to keep up the healthy eating and the gym - I am getting closer and closer to my goal!
This past week I did not complete week 1 of Diet Stage 2 properly, but I plan on making up for it this week.
