Finding DIRECTION Thru The STORM!!!!! R U Ready???

Monday, February 08, 2010

Happy Monday Gorgeous Diva!!!

Well I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!! Glad to see the Saints win!! emoticon

I must admit that yesterday & this weekend was rough for me. I put on my workout clothes yesterday & then I was just like "No I don't want to workout." So guess what I didn't. Then I knew I should not have had dairy b/c it bloats me but I did make myself nachos for dinner plus I had yellow cake (2 slices).. You are probably wondering why I am admitting this but it's more for me to get it out of my system & recognize how I am not going down the right path.

Well today is a better day but I did feel the after results this morning when I woke up at 5:20 a.m. to workout. My body was just sooooooo out of it. However, I did my tae-bo plus an abs workout. I realize that I need to find my direction on this path.

This Weight Battle has been a Storm in my life emoticon for wayyyyyyyy to long!! So today I ask God for guidance & assistance thru this daily storm. I don't know how long it will be before I see my emoticon but I know I am not going to stop going until I see that Rainbow on the other side.

I know I can conquer this storm & need to really center myself spiritually & mentally in order to cross over beyond the storm. STORMS will always come in life but its how you equip yourself to go thru the STORM. I mean if you knew it was suppose to be really bad Thunderstorms outside when you had to leave for work, you would grab your gear- Raincoat or Umbrella emoticon or get in your car put your windshield wipers on & drive carefully!! In the midst of the Storm, you wouldn't drive without your wipers b/c you would be driving recklessly & CRASH!!! So it's the same with this Weight Loss Storm. I need to equip myself with Daily Exercise, Healthy Veggies, Fabulous Fruit, & A Positive Mind to get thru this Storm!!!!

**DIVA TIP OF DAY**

“Are You Equipped for Your Storm? Are You Going Thru Your Storm Recklessly; If so then How Are You Going To Prepare Yourself for Your Storm????”

Too often we forget to ask the Lord's guidance and help in mundane matters like taking care of the temple he gave us to live in. Congratulations on the efforts and thanks for the encouragement you sent my way.

You always but everything in such a good light. I have had a lot going on in my life, most of it not good, but I need to step on in and get going. I will arm myself with the gear I ned to get through the storms and find the pot od gold at the end of the rainbow.

Admitting to everyone that you ate things is a good thing. It means you aren't hiding things and are really ready to do this.

    Have a great day.
