Another day

Another big frikin bowl of veggies in my belly. That's right, I filled the whole thing up with tons of celery and cucumbers. I also added greens on my salad (for something new and interesting) and I have eaten my apple today (which just leaves my pear and a yogurt before I leave work for the day) It's been amazing to realize how not hungry I am when I actually eat all the fruits and vegetables my body needs. It seriously is strange.
I have also made the decision to stop tracking what I eat unless I stop losing weight. For now, I have a routine that works for me. So as long as I am losing, there is no need to evaluate it.
Yesterday was actually a really good day. I taught the lesson at FHE and it went fairly well I thought. Not my usual type of lesson but as good as I could get it.
Anyway, I am super excited to go to yoga class today. It should be fantastic! I always have such a strong feeling of wellness after yoga class.
