All I've got to say is WOW! Well maybe not all I've got to say..... Goodbye holidays and hello goal. I'm aiming for 180 by the end of this month - only 6 lbs to get there. I'm debating on setting another weight goal, but I'm not sure how low I can go.

I know one thing for sure - I look forward to being able to say that I am no long in the Obese BMI range!!! 179.5 lbs is what it will take to get me there...
