I'm discouraged.

No weight loss this week and I'm very discouraged. Oh well. I'll keep on going and hopefully next week I'll lose a pound or two.

    Yeah, I'll keep on going. Maybe it's muscle. I have noticed more muscle in my arms while doing chores around the house and stuff. I do strength training 3 times per week and I love it. Good point Kyounosarah! Thanks!

    Our bodies sometimes need to play catchup. Continue doing what you do and it will kick in. Do not give up. It is science and your body will give in!
