Getting ready to start week two. I am really excited about this program. the motivation on Spark People is so high. I can't beleive I haave been a member for two years and never really took advantage of all the wonderful tools. Once you start using them it becomes almost addicting and a constant high. My eating habbits have become so much better although I must admit I have a few tweaks I have to work on. For me its a bite here or a bite ther that I don't truly put into my food journal - and I am sure if I did I would probably see that I am going over my calories - which is I am sure why I don't do it. So my goal this week is to get my tweaks under control. Bring on Week 2!!
